Here’s a lil’ inside look as to how I am getting back into those BadAss garage workouts, especially now that my house has a HIGH garage ceiling. I’ve got 2 climbing ropes in the back of my truck as well. This shit is gonna get deadly.
My Workout: 4 rounds for time:
A) 12 Ring Pull Ups
B) 6 / 6 Kettlebell Snatch w/70 lb Kettlebell
C) Run 400 meter
