Put it ALL out on the line, fire us UP, think Rocky IV inspiration. Speak from the heart and GO FOR IT!

Great at home program for me and loving the results and how it makes me feel, got to master the bodyweight before lifting any serious weights! Its cool how I can do it without the use of a gym.   3. Hi Zach, hi Underground Nation.

    Actually i´m from Austria and now i am in Brasil in Rio de Janeiro for work. I´m working 10hours per day 6 Days a week.
    So i didn´t read your mail until now (my free day). As i heard you only have so few submissions i took action in within 10minutes.
    As i had planed to go out there for a workout i took my camara with me and made a short film. It´s more a improvisational video. So excuse me for my bad english, i´m not used to speak in front of the camera.

    I´ll enter this contest but i think one of the three guys befor me should win.
    I am already lifetime member of the inner circle. The t-shirt would be awesome for sure. And it would be unbelieveble cool to train with you in your gym.
    But for that i´m living far far away 😉

  4. hey zach have bought a few of your workout programs such as train to pin etc and now own the bodyweight series. fabulous stuff. i do the strength conditioning for a high school wrestling team in pa and i just incorporated day 7 of phase two along with two core lifts last week. it was freaking awesome. we have some really good wrestlers who work out hard. (one state runner up and another qualifier as well as seven district kids). with keeping the times of rest strict and them working hard there was a pool of sweat on the floor under each of them when they were finished and shot but had that endorphin produced smile on their faces. wish i would have seen the contest before today not that it would have mattered as i have a go phone and am very tech declined anyway. even though i won’t be able to win one of the coveted underground t shirts (i am serious not being sarcastic) i wanted to tell ya how effective the routines are and how it is helping our wrestlers as has all your programs i have bought into over the years. to have 7 qualify for districts in a really tough pa district and two do very well at states as 10th graders speaks for itself. they do the work,but its nice to have the programs and constant work for putting together programs that you do so well. thanks again for your hard work and just doing what you do.

    Funny that 3 out of 4 Vid submissions are from guys currently in Brasil. I am working here as well.I’m Canadian. Working on a Rig as part of the Managed Pressure Drilling crew.

    I’ve been doing Convict Conditioning for awhile. I have seen your Bodyweight Bodybuilding series and wanted to try it out. Got the email it was on sale, had to get it. I lost close to 50 pounds in the last 6 months with just bodyweight exercises (oh and swinging the sledgehammer at work around for what seems like countless hours) along with the Renegade Diet. Been using your system for a week and a half now. The wisdom I learnt for CC was to start off in the beginners circle. I have done just that with BW BB and started with the beginners routine. Once finished I am going to hit Phases 1-3 hard.

    If I win that would be the cat’s PJ’s the lifetime membership is what I am gunning for. The shirt would be swell as well. I am way too far to hit your gym.

    But if I win or not, doesn’t matter. You have inspired me to keep a workout video blog on youtube. I will update it frequently with workouts (not full workouts, not giving away your routines) and a progress report.

    Franco here from Switzerland
    I just received your email Zach and took immeadiately action. Headed to the basement and cranked a workout and filmed parts of it with my phone. Unfortunately the mic of my phone is broken and I can’t record any sounds anymore. This is because my phone fell out of my pocket during a forrest run last week.
    So that’s the reason why there’s no voice form me in the video. But I thought:
    No excuses! –> get shit done! –> I’ll just write my story and put some inspirational music in it!
    I hope you are inspired by my story. I really can’t describe what Training means to me. It really changed my life. The year, when I had to stop training because of the injury, was so f*cking hard for me.
    BUT I DIDN’T GIVE UP!
    Bodyweight training helped me to get on track and saved my shoulder. So I have a kind of special connection to bodyweight training 😉
    I really like to share my passion with you guys.
    But now I don’t want to ennoy you with writing… you can read my story in the video.

    First, I wanted to tell you that you inspire me a lot!! You make me work everyday on being the person I really want to become.

    Second, i wanted to make the best video ever!!! but due to an emergency, i had to leave this morning to drive the whole day. I’m from spain, here it is 5 am in the morning! All i could find was an old computer with poor software, so i couldn’t include the videos where i’m speaking on the video, that’s why i had to write it…

    Anyway, even if it’d be awesome to win the contest, what i want is that you and the rest of undergrounders enjoy it as much and i enjoyed making it for you

  13. Ive been training for 8 months and I feel like I am making alot progress but I am not getting too ahead of myself. I train 6 days a week , everyday I approach my training with the same mentality I started with , pushing myself to the limit as there is always room for improvement.

    Now I am training for MMA , incorporating a wide range of beneficial exercises to get the most out of every workout. When I am training my mind is focused on fulfilling my workout plan , with increasing every few weeks ensuring that I am doing the exercices properly ‘ form over weight’.
