share

The older you get, the more intelligent you must become with your training.

Your intensity gets dialed in and you certainly can't do the crazy shyt you did in your teens, 20s and even your 30s.

Your back, shoulders and knees require smarter attention to keep them healthy.

In this Video I show you exercises that you can use in your 40s, or any age for that matter, to build upper body strength and muscle, while also keeping your shoulders healthy.

As I've gotten older, I enjoy performing my training in circuit fashion. This allows me to get the heart pumping while also building muscle.

In addition, the circuit style training builds toughness and grit. That's right, it IS tough to train in this fashion and I feel that this world is getting crazier and crazier so who knows where that will lead us.

See the ULTIMATE video on shoulder health below:

Regardless of your age, implement these shoulder health exercises on the regular.

As I always say, If you're always ready, you don't have to get ready!
