Your advice about kids/teens being different now is right on target.
They are soft physically, mentally, and emotionally.
However, there is untapped potential inside each one.

The BIG thing is environment
What is normal for them is what their parents provide / friends do.
A place like The Underground changes their “normal” and shows them / teaches them what they are capable of!
Yes, potential is what is there, so the only thing that counts is WHAT YOU DO.
