I love revisiting the topic of in season strength training before every sports season. Actually, I have a love - hate relationship with this topic because I have covered this subject extensively.

I am a believer that common sense tells you to keep the very thing that gives you an advantage physically and mentally. And, I'll never understand the "I don't have time" line. I have lived this with my own kids, and guess what? We always found the time.

But, I need to simply hope that one more parent or one more coach learns from this information and takes action in a positive manner!
