A lot of people telling me they're addicted to the Underground Strength Show! That is insane! And very, VERY humbling.
On the flip side, will everyone love or like everything I do or every episode? Heck No!
That's life and that's business!
You need thick skin if you're gonna put yourself out there. I am not perfect and have many flaws, as does my training.
So my advice to you: Whatever you love to do, do it. Don't listen to the naysayers and ignore the jealous ones who will put you down and try to stop you.
I'm addicted to the iron, and I'm gonna show everyone what I love to do and I'm gonna do what I love.
Kill it!

PS: Are you addicted to the iron like I am? What else are you passionate about? How can you turn your passion into your career?
PPS: Underground training began for me in my Dad's garage and backyard. It has evolved into something bigger than I ever imagined, but that was a problem for me back then, I didn't imagine BIG enough. This is what happens when you imagine BIG:

Yo Z,
that’s what it’s all about my brother…. speaking from the heart with passion, that’s why we get killer results and the naysayers get nowhere.
keep on living the dream

Hey Zach,
I’ve been reading alot of Mark Rippetoe lately. He says one shouldn’t even walk into the gym without knowing exactly what workout they will do.
Now you’re saying you just “go with the flow” or something!!!! No plan, just do what your passion tells you to do?
Now I’m confused. Obviously every successful iron rat has a way that works for them.
I’m thinking maybe that you would have novices and intermediate lifters follow a strict program and really experienced athletes are gonna go with the feel of it?
Keep on doing this brother!
