Episode # 72: If You Build It, Will They Come?

by Zach Even - Esh 6 Comments

Typical gyms and health clubs suck pretty badly nowadays.

It's almost impossible to find a hard core facility where they allow "No Rules" Training.

Watch the video closely as I talk to you about power racks, thick bars, grip training, sandbag training and everything else you need...

Check out this vid on how to build your own Underground Strength Gym....

Video to be continued...... 🙂

Now, if you build it, will they come?

What do you think? Post your comments below 🙂

Awesome post, Zach! I’m right there with you on keeping the training tools simple. AJ Roberts was at my place a few weeks ago and when he saw my gym he said it was “Even-Esh Style”. I’ll take that as a HUGE compliment any day.

I agree totally 100%!!! I told that exact phrase to my wife…so we built it, and they have come. Having your own gym where the rules are, there are no rules is the best! No complainers, no whiners and no excuses…just do it!

    Zach,

Great video. I used to workout in my basement and for about 8 months I didn’t have a squat rack and had to do everything off the floor. It gets your strong fast!

    Keep it up,
    Mike

back when i trained at my parents, all i had was a 300 lb barbell, 50 & 100 lb d-bells, and a crappy gun rack…i got strong as hell and jacked, big time!

this is what was done in early 1900’s!

    works like magic!
