I have never used such a training tool that forces you to GO, GO, GO and can whoop your ass in such a short time.
Well, let me rephrase that: These Battling Ropes rank up there with the prowler and high rep kettlebell snatches.
These ropes are an amazing tool. They develop full bodt stamina, mental toughness, grip strength endurance and power endurance.
There is NO slow with the battling ropes, it's ALL power output, or as their creator, John Brookfield says, this is velocity output - always at high speeds.
For the Strength Crew at The University of Louisville, they battled the kettlebells, they battled the prowler and now they had to battle the ropes.
Let's see who wins the final challenge....
