I've got 3 exercises for you below, on video, that if you attack them on a regular basis, you will FORCE your upper body to pack on muscle like never before.
I'm pushing these 3 movements HARD lately, and because I am, they are upping my deadlift, my bench press, military press and of course, adding muscle.....
Check the video....
You're gonna need TWO things if you wanna push through barriers of strength and building muscle.
One: You need an Unbeatable Mind Set. You simply can't push the envelope f your training without having the right mindset.
Take a look at the intensity of the Blair Wrestling Team as they train and tear it up with furious intensity and the eye of the tiger.....unlike anything I have ever seen!
Two: To bring up lagging muscle groups, you gotta specialize. Attack your weak areas and let them know you are the MAIN Boss in charge! Attack, attack, attack!
Time for me to hit the gym.
And, by the way, I've been eating push ups, pull ups and dips for breakfast. Feelin' like a Bad Ass.
Peace!

PS: I am opening up the doors for a 1 day mentorship - underground strength coach cert on November 14th. I'll be unleashing ALL my secrets and you don't wanna miss it. Get in on the action and change your life HERE, Today.
PPS: I am a HUGE proponent in training the mind AND body. You gotta read this Book...and you get a surprise gift with it that will light you up!

Way to go Kroc, I mean Zach! π
Zach, I luv your straight forward take no prisoner attitude. Keep it up!! I feed off your energy! It took guts to talk about depression, man. But it is real. I have had to fight the beast too. It is the duty of anyone who has been down that road to watch out for their brothers and sisters, and putting your story out there is HUGE!! Anyone who knows someone feelin a little low, DON”T LET THEM FALL!! That even means our military men and women coming back with PTSD. Activity is a great way to take a person’s mind off their troubles. Invite them to work out with you, put a sandbag in their arm, toss em medicine ball, challenge them to a pullup contest!!
Keep up the good work, Zach!!!
Zach, we at THE V-CENTER in Wylie Tx. Luv Ya MAN!!!
Getting huge!!! Luv the bodyweight stuff Brudda!
U guys rock, thnx 4 the props!
Those 1 arm rows kick ur ass and are amazing for beefing up the back, biceps and forearms!
they also improve the deadlift
dumbbells are an under-rated tool!!!

Your hitting the nail on the head.Intensity is what its all about. You can train long, or you can train hard, you cannt do both.If the intensity is there, you can achieve all things that you want.Get leaner, get stronger, get fitter, progree towards your sports goals, whatever.
If you are feeling down, excercise causes the best natural high.It has been medically proven to increase serotonin levels, natural endorphins, natures own biologically positive highs, with none of the effects of external pharmaceuticals, prescribed or illegal.
There is no sane reason not to excercise with intensity!!
Zach,
I feel obligated to share this post with you because of how much you dedicate your time to inspiring all of us to be great. Two years ago, I was struggling in the gym. Bored. Stagnant. You name it. I was the prototypical ex-jock; fat (215 at 5’9″), unhealthy (dipped, drank mucho beer), but still bench pressed 365, but never trained legs or anything else. I couldn’t find anything to train for and let myself go. Somehow, I stumbled across your name and your underground strength training. I downloaded your free Underground Training Course for Combat Athletes and did a 180. I was inspired that there were actually people like you training with sandbags, kettlebells, park benches and getting legitimately strong and fit. Your straight forward, no bullsh#t style motivated me to stop being a b#tch. Using you as a guide I developed my own training program but have consistently applied your tips in my programming. I’m back down to 175, ripped, squatting 425, cranking out pullups and dips. Not only have I changed physically, but I’ve regained my athleticism, confidence and I’m out there killing it everyday. Not only that, but I’ve inspired others to train hard. Paying it forward, I guess. Thanks bro. I’ve never met you but I owe you one.
Sincerely,
Matt Temesy
