It's getting emotional now, and I had no clue what would come about this "contest"...I thought it would be a bit different, I thought maybe I was the only guy who had iron in his blood, I'm talking york barbell iron 🙂
I thought I was the only one who hit rock bottom and came close to some of the most painful times in my life, and the iron saved me every time....

Thanks for sharing your life, Dave. I went through a self-medicating phase in my younger days, and I know what it’s like to escape that trap. Love that DBT song, too…I just discovered that band this summer, and I’ve been listening to them a lot. I also discovered Zach this summer, and it’s rejuvenated me in a major way.
