    Nice! Classics through & through.

As a finisher – when the going gets tough (and the tough gets going! hahaha) – I love “DOWN – Bury me in smoke”.
That tune is like a juicer to me – gets the last drop out of my body. Especially if I have a long gruelling encounter with my kettlebells (snatchtest, 1000-swing-challenge, etc.). Long enough song to fully embrace the rythm & grind.

Also I rediscovered Led Zeppelin for workouts. Not the typical tunes for sweaty workouts but Page just knows who to swing that rythm.
    Cheers

“Henry Rollins – Move Right In”

Love the man, love his attitude and love the song.

I’m pretty sure all “undergrounders” know Mr. Rollins. The ones who don’t – here’s a nice, old piece of mindfood from him:

If you want to know what real strength is you gotta know about Mr. Rollins.

    WOD:
    Got my odd-lifting-day done today.

-odd object lifting (riverstones, log, sandbag)
-odd pullups with different length rings
    -odd pushups with medball
-odd famers walk with two different sized KBs & sandbag/KB
-odd double KB swings with two different sized KBs
-odd squats with two different sized KBs
-all done with odd reps, 3 circuits, odd pausetimes

Man – that was odd! hahaha, …
After workout got a shrinking 10min cold shower and went for a nice walk. Now its steaktime and life just feels so damn good!
    Cheers

Warrior chants are my new preworkout mind shift. Crank it up and let the drums and chants take hold of my soul.
then it is all metal. Amon Amarth-no regrets. Mixed with some cannibal corpse, hatebreed, Dethklok, etc.
I like your list! Some similar and some different tastes one objective! DOMINATE!

you can listen to any Pantera album for a workout. You’ll feel each second of each song, specially if you’re listening to Far Beyond Driven. Try it, you won’t regret it.
