The “GO Factor”

Today I met up with my close friends and Awesome Coaches, Pamela MacElree and Jason C. Brown. They both walk the walk and know how to train hard. They also LOVE to train hard. This was the first time they stopped by my gym and Pam immediately deadlifted the 150 lb. old school globe dumbbell, and yes, one handed. I know a lot of guys who couldn't do this, and I'm not talking about guys who sit home and watch TV all night, I'm talking guys who actually work out.

Problem is, many people work out with no "GO Factor". They don't attack the weights, they don't get aggressive, they simply don't "GO".

Here's what I saw this Friday when I pulled up to my gym: I saw a guy who was curling what looked to be 20 or 25 lb dumbbells. Yep, the same guy who stopped by my gym countless times in the summer saying he wanted to train with us and get the edge.

When you REALLY want to do something, it needs to be acted on immediately, not when some unforseen time comes to light one sunny day. I posted my personal workout from this morning at The Underground and although it was super short, it was very intense, and my hands and forearms are still feeling it.

I push to get strong as heck, I hate lack of progress, and this is why you must push to continually improve.

Once you see what we do at The Underground you'll discover exactly what the "GO Factor" is all about. Then again, you will never get there without having the GO you need inside of you right now. So decide for yourself right now, if NOW is not the right time, when will it be the right time?

How about NOW?

See you at The Underground,

--Zach--

P.S. - Stay tuned for a VERY special announcement to be made on February 25th. Underground Members will be the first to know and will get first dibs on this limited access announcement.
