THE Video that Gives Me Goose Bumps

THE Video that Gives Me Goose Bumps

by Zach Even - Esh 17 Comments

My words won't do justice, so let me make my words brief here...

Just watch this video and when you're done, I want you to take immediate action on something you have always wanted to do, but for some odd reason, you always made an excuse for.

I am so pumped from this video, so now it's time to work on a project and kick some serious ass.

I am exhausted, it's 10: 15 PM at night, been working since 7 AM, but F**K it, I ain't stopping, no quitting, I want the best and this means believing, going above and beyond, and sacrifice. Yes I'm tired, yes I'm exhausted but so what, excuses never helped anyone.

It's your time, right NOW, go do what you've always wanted to do.

Dedicated to your success,

Zach Even - Esh

Zach, Awesome this clearly tells us what we still have in all of us.
It seems these days that being politically correct means coddling
our youth, totally destroying the opportunity to truly test their wills, abilities and giving them the choice to expand their individual horizons. I had a simular experience in wrestling camp 1-on-1 with no other than Thad Turner the great wrestling coach of Lehigh Valley. As coaches we must not only provide, but create the opportunities for youth to excell then sit back and watch with joy at the moment or moments of their greatness.

I remember getting goosebumps the first time I watched this scene from the movie. Great stuff! I just sent the video to a basketball player I work with. He is playing in the state semi’s tonight. His team, ranked #9, took out the #1 team Sunday in the quarters. It was one of the best sporting events I have ever watched, period. They beat them by a point, but more importantly, they gave it all they had. I have never seen so many bodies flying all over the floor for loose balls. The team they are playing tonight is the defending state champ. They are bigger and stronger. But I doubt they will play with more heart.

The human body is an incredible machine; deep within all of us resides a power unknown, which in times of adversity, surfaces and drives us forward regardless of the obstacles in our lives.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! I am a soldier in the reserves and I run my squad’s physical fitness training. Next month instead of running a diagnostic PT test I will be incorporating these drills in with some other bodyweight exercises. I will try to make a video and forward a copy. Thanks again for all the motivation.

Zach, This is a great video. I can’t seem to think anybody that views it could come up with anything negative to say. This video not only points out that our mind tells our bodies what to do, and how positive reinforcement really works.. The creative blindfold challenge and motivation that was demonstrated by the coach was good to see. Goosebumps galore. Thanks for sharing.

    Good afternoon Zach,
Keep up the good work. Love your newsletter.

That video clip you just posted was from a movie called “Facing the Giants”

My church (where my training studio is located) showed that movie during our monthly movie night recently and that video clip is my absolute favorite part of that movie.

“Facing the giants” is a great story about perservance in the face of adversity and how God will bring you out of anything and help you accomplish anything if you have the drive and determination to succeed.

But you must first have that burning desire. You gotta want it! You can pray all day long but if there’s no plan or target in place, God has no avenue in which to bless you.

    Great post!

This clip is from one of my favorite movies. My whole family loves to watch it over and over for the great messages, and the amazing faith diplayed that translates into incredible feats. Like they say in the movie: Nothing is impossible with God! Like many of you, I also pulled some great workouts from the movie. While at Ft. Bragg, I introduced my unit to the death crawl wearing full combat gear instead of a person. Great total body workout! God Bless you all.

Thank you for that video. It taught me a big lesson that God had already been teaching me all day long today – how much the mind effects the body. I am moved that you have such a passion for life and so glad that you are reaching out to the world with a pure heart.
