We didn't eat lunch on either day! Warriors no doubt.
I treated the crew to dinner on Saturday while we spoke biz, training and life - anything goes.
Sunday was a jam packed day between learning program design methods, training athletes, going through workouts and Underground Business Development with fellow homeboy, Paul Reddick.
