how exactly are the vertical jumps measured? Jumping on to a box, arms extended and measuring the marks on the wall?…What’s the deal?
Matt – they use the same thing used when testing the combine, it’s a pole with sticks on it measuring the height of each jump…u hit the sticks when u jump.
u can also do it the way u mentioned, or even place a large ruler on the board, which was used before this pole came out. works just as well bro…
