Really glad others constantly take the time to improve no matter what. Guys don’t do this shit where I am from and it is good to know I’m not alone! Been reading and buying your info for probably 2 years or better now. I’ve gathered lots of inspiration with workouts and training in uncomfortable conditions. What most people would call “unfit” conditions is all I have actually.
I took some pics and wrote a post on my blog about it http://muscled-up.com/2014/01/31/excuses-uncomfortable-training-enviornments/.
A lot of the inspiration for using this type of set up came from you. Thanks a lot man!
Seth
Seth GOOD shyt brotha and keep crushing it. Fancy will hold you back, imperfect conditions makes you tougher in body, mind and LIFE!
Check out “I Am” and “Lemmy”. “I Am” is a mind opening video. “Lemmy” is an inspiration. Not his life style, but the mindset of a Metal God.
I love Arnold’s comment about Naysayers, “I love it when people tell me it can’t be done! That means when I do it I am the first!”
Great stuff! I pulled 530# in deadlift yesterday. No belt or gear! Not bad for 38yo! Getting stronger as I get older because I get smarter in life and training!
DW yes you told me to check that out from Motorhead, that dude was straight up HIMSELF and damn he drank like a mad man!!
“Encyclopedia of Undeground Strength and Conditioning” as an upcoming title in the Hard style Catalog. Any idea when the book will be released? Looking forward to it!!
