Time for change.
Better yet, time to continue to grow as a person, not just in training. As I always say, they go hand in hand. Health is # 1
Let me explain why I am changing things up again. Some of these things are NOT new at all to me.
Interesting.

Zach,
would love to hear some more details about your changes in nutrition & training. Were the changes a result of your bloodtesting?
Cheers
Yeah buddy! Lift and Live with strength. Boy I tell you eating more has been a struggle but when I work it I hear you about feeling better. I feel stronger. Always did the resting because that was me. I like to feel rested and feel pushing the red line is never good.
I get blood work in two weeks. It is funny when I go because they ask about medications “None” How much alcohol do I drink per week “I havent had a drop in years” Do you smoke? “Nope” Then they talk about eating better and exercising because I roll at 275#. Then the doc comes in and laughs “Damn you’re big” “I’m on a high iron diet!” which the nurse will respond ” iron isn’t good for you in high doses.” That is when the doc steps in ” Not that kind of iron”
My doc is awesome and he spends a lot of time picking my brain on training.
One of few that understands.
