Since my youngest years, I can consistently recall how anyone achieving anything at a higher level than "normal" was called "crazy", as if achieving success and fighting the urge to fall in line with mediocrity was a bad thing.
At The Underground Strength Gym, the athletes constantly tell me how their friends call them crazy and always try to talk them out of training with us. Their friends say things like, "Dude, just train at the high school weight room, it's the same stuff".
This is why I urge you to control your environment. I'm not just talking about your friends and social circles, but your environment includes all the media you consume as well.
The facebook, the news, etc - Are you consuming negative, drama, gossip filled BS or are you consuming information that empowers you, inspires, educates and invigorates you?

3 STRONG Life Success Tips
Here are 3 things you can do on the daily to achieve more success in your life:
- Read Powerful books everyday. You can do this with audio books as well. Everyday, read at least 2 pages or listen to the audio book for 10 minutes. This should be done in the morning, at night or mid day.I love the mornings as it gets my mind in a powerful state, inspiring to 10X my actions.
Also, at night, reading a powerful book allows you to fall asleep with success oriented thoughts. I have found this to give me a solid night's sleep and to wake up feeling empowered as well.
2. Daily Exercise / Physical Activity. Every day does NOT need to be intense. This can be 10 minutes of stretching and soft tissue work. Moving your body daily is what we should ALL be doing. A strong body builds a strong mind and vice versa.
If you need guidance and even motivation, invest in yourself and train online HERE. You will be inspired by your virtual teammates. The key is to put yourself in a position to feel excited to train.
3. You Are EXACTLY Where You Want To Be. Your actions tell me everything about your goals. People with BIG goals have BIG actions because they KNOW where they want to go.
The Opposite of Courage in Our Society is Not Cowardice, it is Conformity.
I don't write about this because it's some empty blog post on attacking your goals and some fake motivation. I LIVE it.
Since I began training athletes from my backyard and The Underground Strength Gym began the never ending journey, that was 2002. It hasn't been easy, nor will it ever be truly easy.
There will always be challenges but my goals and my mission to change and inspire the world through strength keep me going, regardless of the naysayers and haters.
Don't allow this to be time wasted reading and not doing anything about it.
