- Why do we see athletes with more injuries than ever before when we have better information accessible easier than ever before?

- Why are athletes getting injured before the season even begins?

- Why do we see so many injuries when there strength coaches on every corner of every town?

- Why do high school kids show up fatter and weaker than ever before? High School kids struggling to do 10 push ups? Sounds crazy but it is a common issue.

These questions and concerns inspired me to do a IG Live with Coach JP Mikhael as he is coaching high school kids for 15 years now and is seeing the same problems down in Florida.
