STRONG Life Podcast ep 421

How Sports Have Changed & Why my Coaching has also Changed.

I shared the photo above as Paul Kolody and I took our recent PLAE Road Trip and Paul wanted to visit his alma mater, Pfeiffer University (Class of 1990 I believe).

When we got to see the Baseball team having an intersquad game with no spectators, I felt like I was seeing something pure. Nothing but Baseball.

There were squat racks outside and the boys were playing on the grass, not turf. It was perfect.

In this episode of The STRONG Life Podcast I repost my recent conversation with Coach Nick O'Brien who hosts The Strength Game Podcast.

I've been coaching since 1993 and began full time coaching in Strength & Conditioning since the early 2000s, over 20 years now.

Sports have changed dramatically through the years and it requires a different style of coaching. My coaching has evolved as I've grown as a Coach and most of all, as a Dad.
