How to Build BEAST Athletes Without the BS Fads & Gimmicks in the Strength & Conditioning Industry

Here we go, Fam!

This is a HUGE post with 2 BONUS episodes for The STRONG Life Podcast.

Bonus # 1: This episode was a Great interview with DJ Hillier, a CrossFit Games Athlete and gym owner.

This was a GREAT chat on the Strength & Conditioning methods I have been using and evolving at The Underground Strength Gym.

I never would have imagined to see so much BS out there in the strength & conditioning industry but it's here and I have NO time for it. There is a unique view I can see as I've been training since 1989 & coaching since 1995.

It's called The Coach's Eye. I deep dive into this BIG time at The USC Cert.

You must constantly evaluate and assess the athletes, with every exercises, NOT just during a pre and post test once every 8-12 weeks. That is not effective or efficient.

I now Coach around 200 athletes a day!

You get to see a LOT of commonalities when you train this many athletes a day and it must get done without attaching everyone to a multi million dollar piece of software.

You learn how to command the room and coach 8, 12 and 16 platforms by yourself.

Bonus # 2: Gerry DeFilippo of The Muscles & Management Podcast interviews me on Keeping it Simple to Build Strong, Fast and Powerful Athletes

NO excuses. Be GREAT. Do Your Job.

Enjoy the show and Please share with friends and leave a 5 star review on Apple Podcasts.

If you're a hungry Coach, then you must keep learning.

You need to push yourself to expand your knowledge and ultimately, to test your knowledge. Does it work? Why? Why not? DO NOT just listen to these podcasts and do nothing with them. Take action and put them to the test.

Keep attacking LIFE.
