Zach, thank you again for this Q and A. Your reply to my question really helped and much how you answered it I too have a 1 and 1/2 year old son so I try to balance out family time with my strength training. A barbell is definitely on my shopping list but for now I gotta make do with what I have. Like you say no excuses. Thanks again.
