  1. Go getter! Early Morning workouts kill the competition. I see 80 year olds working out all the time in our college fitness center at 530 am while everyone else is sounds asleep… There truly is wisdom in age! If an 80 year old can kill it at 530 whats your excuse….. be a go getter too!

  2. Great to se the USS is back!

    A question about regular full back squats:
    – My lower back rounds a bit in the turning point in the bottom of the squat. How do you work away this? What is this a sign of? Lack in strength? Where? Lack in flexibility?
    What is the cure?
