Squat Life + BEST Advice a Coach Ever Gave Me

The world is a dangerous and crazy place.

If you're not strong both physically and mentally, then you are a threat to yourself and those around you.

My training is not focused on chasing the numbers. I am too old for that.

I chase the work. I chase the end goal of being ready, so I never feel or act like those "cold, timid souls" who always have excuses.

This video takes you inside my training on a lower body day as well as my mindset / attitude towards being combat ready.

Training:

1A) Hatfield Squats x 8 - 12 reps

1B) Belt Squats x 8 - 12 reps

1C) Knee Over Toes Bodyweight Lunges x 10 / 10

1D) Sleds x 100 ft

So, with regards to the BEST advice a Coach ever gave me.

Those who were smart took that advice. Those who are REALLY smart, STILL take and apply that advice.
