My training is not focused on chasing the numbers. I am too old for that.
I chase the work. I chase the end goal of being ready, so I never feel or act like those "cold, timid souls" who always have excuses.

1A) Hatfield Squats x 8 - 12 reps
1B) Belt Squats x 8 - 12 reps
1C) Knee Over Toes Bodyweight Lunges x 10 / 10
1D) Sleds x 100 ft
