I LOVE success stories when they come my way from guys & gals attacking our Underground Strength workouts and kicking ass as a result.
ALL serious athletes have a Coach.
I say the same in business, ALL serious entrepreneurs have business coaches.
Step up and get OUT of your comfort zone and start taking your mind, body & spirit where you want it to go.
If you're not growing and improving as a person, you're NOT living.
Hi Zach,
This is short and it worth it:
I wanted to show you the results of your Bodyweight Bodybuilding Program.
I used it in preparation of a Tough Mudder in Montreal.
I killed the race, succeeded in 100% of the obstacles and literally flew over the monkey bar obstacle.
I felt dangerous and with an edge. I have a herniated L4-L5 disc that ruptured a few years back.
Thanks coach, let's live the code!
I've sent you a before/ after race pics.
Regards,

Kickass post!
Had a similar injury a few years back and again last year (although not as drastic). Since then I concentrate almost entirely on bodyweight movement and I can honestly say it saved my “moving” life.
Cheers
Sven, love it, brotha, Convict Conditioning + Bodyweight Bodybuilding is the way to go!
Now that’s what I call “live free or die hard”. Dude was supposed to be walking around with a cane—he came back harder than ever and went through Tough Mudder. If that’s not inspration, what is? That just proves that if your mentally strong, the body is able.
Very true! And if you ever had problems with your L4-L5 discs – you know what kind of hell this dude went through.
To follow through when everything goes your way is no big deal. When things start to turn against you it will show what kind of breed is inside of you. True strength illuminates from the inside.
Cheers
I was told in early may that I had a herniated disk between L%-S1, which ended my baseball season and the doctor told me I cant lift heavy anymore and I need to rest this summer. That wasn’t going to fly with me. Instead I seeked out information and came up with a plan that I have been following for 5 weeks now. Ive added more bodyweight training to programming. In between heavy sessions, ill go to a local elementary school and crank out bodyweight sessions with my buddies. I feel better than ever since ive incorporated this into my training. Also ive learned to hammer my low back and abs after heavy training. I learned from louie simmons, that I need to do reverse hypers after heavy squat and deadlift sets. Also ive incorporated more back bridges, which I found in convict conditioning. Now im back to pulling and squatting heavy weights and im able to swing a baseball bat pain free.
Needed to see this today! Was on my way to a 800 lbs. deadlift and just got the same diagnosis only its the L3 and L5. Already an inner circle member gonna order Bodyweight Body Building and rebuild from the ground up. Do it the right way! I wanna be strong not just big! Going to take all the lifting big focus and intensity and shift that to my nutrition and loose 85 lbs. I will be logging in the forum. Thanks for the motivation!
