TOUGH GYM. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=peBGvS0VGr4 That gym look liked a dump to others, but when I saw TOUGH GYM, I thought it was perfect and beautiful. Eagles Fly Alone
Sometimes it's easy to get caught up in the chaos of "life", so you make things easier on yourself and begin following everyone else. Or, maybe that's not so easy. What sparked this topic today on an early Sunday morning? Most notably, I see a handful of law enforcement personnel training at the gym next door: alternate dumbbell curls with light weights, incline smith machine presses, lat pulldowns...the typical wimpy stuff. Then, we have a few who train at The Underground in Edison, NJ. The … [Read more...]
Another “Goosebumps” Video
** The video above has inappropriate language for the younger ages ** When I watch the video above I get goosebumps. This speech doesn't only apply to Football, it's EVERYWHERE in life, anywhere you choose to apply this lesson you can. He unfortunately passed at the young age of 32. To see Jon Pall's evolution of training and various forms of strength competition was incredibly inspiring, and you can bet that tomorrow, at My Gym, The Underground Strength Gym, I will be attacking some serious strongman work using Stones, Sandbags … [Read more...]

What can you do using a barbell and 2 milk crates? The Answer: A LOT! And, you can get strong as all hell! Trust me, I've been there...it's how I trained in my Dad's garage for a year and I piled on strength and muscle faster than ever before. I loved it.
