There are times when you think you're training hard. Soon, someone else comes along and pushed you outside your comfort zone. Years ago, I was lucky enough to come across a College Strength & Conditioning Coach who I related to very much. Breakfast before the Storm
My Breakfast before the Storm: 4 whole eggs 4 egg shites 2 bananas 2 clementines 1 cup of coffee I tend to alternate coffee and green tea through several week cycles. This is what my body is telling me and I go with it. I stray away from dairy products as much as possible except the eggs.
