by Zach Even - Esh Leave a Comment

STRONG Life Podcast ep 351 is bringing the THUNDER! Brought to you by http://ZachStrength.com  This was a Great QnA and the questions got me fired up.  I've been fired up a lot lately and am honestly confused with the world we live in. I want Greatness. I want STRENGTH. The world seems opposed to that! People are offended by strength. Deep Squats hurt feelings. Heavy lifting is considered bad yet athletes who can not jump rope or perform push ups / pull ups are in … [Read more...]

Photo Courtesy of Robert Zuver STRONG Life Podcast ep 340 This is Iron Roots Episode 2 In this episode, I take you on a trip back in time to learn about the MOST BadAss Gym EVER Known to Man, Zuver's Gym.  An excerpt from Dave Draper on Zuver's Gym: The front door was a foot-thick steel and stone contraption. Must have weighed at least a ton or so. A 30’ gorilla stood out front on what had been the driveway. The benches were adorned underneath with cut-out and painted steel rhinos … [Read more...]

Training with Joey Szatmary | Best Warm Ups & Underground Strength Gym Tour

by Zach Even - Esh Leave a Comment

GREAT times hanging out, training and filming with Joey Szatmary. Joe went through The Underground Strength Coach Certification close to 9 or 10 years ago, I believe he was only 20 years old at the time. I LOVE seeing young, hungry Coaches putting skin in the game and making it happen. You gotta be willing to invest in yourself if you want to separate yourself from the common man. The Videos below are in depth. One warm up gives a deep dive tour of The Underground Strength Gym in … [Read more...]

How to Get Stronger & Build Muscle in Your 40s

by Zach Even - Esh 6 Comments

At the time of this writing, my body is on the mend since my knee surgery and blood clot last March, 2021. My knee is not 100% and as we get older, if you have had an injury or a surgery in the past, I believe it is safer to DOUBLE the length of "recovery time" to ensure you don't rush through the full healing process. So if the Doc says 6 months, I do not believe that in 6 months you have the green light to go ALL out. Instead, take months 6 - 12 to rebuild to greater heights. Use … [Read more...]
