TIME

TIME

TIME. It's something I think about constantly. That right there is a red flag. They say if you fear death then you are not living fully. Red Flag....... You see, I remember being 6 years old, riding my big wheel with friends like it was yesterday. I remember mountain biking with my friends all Summer long when I was 22 like it was yesterday, except that was half my life time ago. How does half a life time pass by in what seems to be minutes? Today, my days are filled with work and the … [Read more...]

3 Rules For Short, Effective Workouts

Workouts don't have to be long to be effective. Trust me, I KNOW. I used to spend 90 - 120 minutes in the gym each and every workout. Here are 3 ways you can get more results from your workouts in at least Half the time Once again, these are simple tips, NOT easy tips. Results take WORK. … [Read more...]

The Busy Man Bodybuilding Workout

Time is something I have TRULY began to respect, for 2 BIG reasons: 1) My kids 2) Being an entrepreneur In fact most people are today are more time conscious than ever before. Think about it. We barely call people in comparison to texting them. Technology has tricked many into being busy vs being productive UNLESS you know how to CONTROL your time. As a Parent, I see just how fast time goes. And, the ONE thing about time, something many do not grasp is the fact that you can NEVER … [Read more...]

REAL Man Muscle Building Ain't No Joke!

by Zach Even - Esh 1 Comment

At the end of a LONG day at The Underground Strength Gym, Canada's Pro Strongman, Paul Vaillancourt, stopped by the gym today with his entourage. With plans of stopping by for 5 PM they got lost in the Dirty Jerzee and enjoyed some scenery in what some call the ghetto, others call the projects - not a fun place to be driving through with a mini van, a fauly GPS and not a clue as to where the heck you're going! We talked biz and training for 10 minutes and I was itching to train. Before my … [Read more...]

Busy Man Fitness with a Kettlebell

by Zach Even - Esh 3 Comments

I got myself 2 bad ass Kettlebells because the training will likely be at home now that we have our baby boy about to move in :) Yes, I own a gym, but, I still love those backyard / outdoor workouts with all the freedom to sprint, jump, throw Kettlebells around, carry stones and who knows what else I'll be doing with my Kettlebells and mother nature. Without a doubt, one of the toughest complexes I have ever done is The Combat Complex using a 70 lb Kettlebell. Check the video below and you'll … [Read more...]
