The temp was 29 degrees, Winter had finally set in. I was up that morning at 6 AM, took care of the wife and kids and then drove to The Underground Strength Gym of Manasquan, NJ. Men need to train like uncontrolled savages & stop being so damn pretty when it comes to training & workouts. Start doing this at least SOME of the time. Not all of the time, but 1 x week, make it happen. Intense, Uncomfortable, Tough Workouts are GREAT for the mind AND body. Last weekend I spoke in Md. at the state wrestling coaches association. I was fired up to train and the hotel gym was on the same floor as my room. It was a posh, pretty little studio. But, I turned out the crappy music and annhialated my training.
