Why Dogs are Better Than People

by Zach Even - Esh 2 Comments

I was thinking about my dog. All of my dogs. And I've had those "aggressive breeds" since I was a 5 year old kid. Pit Bulls and Dobermans. In the late 90s and early 2000s, I had a Red Doberman AND a Pit Bull under the same roof. These dogs are supposedly so brutal but the truth is, these dogs are big mushes. Training Tips for When You’re Short on Time but NOT Short on Excuses

by Zach Even - Esh Leave a Comment

If you would have told me 20 years ago that in my 40s I'd be busier than ever, I'd say NO WAY! The fact of the matter is, I AM busier than ever and if you're an adult with a family, then you likely are in the same shoes. by Zach Even - Esh 7 Comments

I feel like I just don't fit into this world anymore. Do you ever feel like that? I recall that feeling many times as a kid and a teenager. MANY times. When I do feel normal, I am with the Wrestling Coaches at Rutgers or training the team. I feel normal when I am among Strength Coaches who talk … [Read more...]

"He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life." - Muhammad Ali I gotta admit. Life is quite challenging right now.
