It's been a while since I've done the Hatfield Squat. These were popularized by Dr. Fred Hatfield aka Dr. Squat. The safety bar on the other hand was originally created by Jesse Hoagland of Trenton, NJ. Hence, it was originally called The Hoagland Bar. Fred Hatfield used this bar and popularized it. How to Use Imperfect Squats / Imperfect Training in A “Perfect World”
I've gotten lucky this Summer...... You see, the past year has been a struggle with regards to training. My commute to work would be a minimum of 1 hour each way, sometimes 1.5 hours if it was raining because people forget how to drive in the rain.
