Check the video below. Athletes are throwing weights overhead. I don't think we need a crying argument here whether this is a push press, military press or whatever you want to call it. The arguing is for the internet gurus who sit on their fat ass and don't lift jack shit anyway. Weakness is NOT good. If you have a weak point, attack it with ferocity.
