More and more I am using Kettlebells and even subbing them in place of barbells. I'm 35 years young in a few weeks, and chasing the heavy barbell lifts seems to make me feel more beat up than healthy. Powerlifting: Unleash Your Anger
I train very much by feel, allowing my emotions to drive me. If I'm feeling fired up I wanna rip into some heavy barbell work. If I'm feeling in a soul lifter type mood, it will likely be lots of bodyweight and outdoor training. The Hybrid Bodybuilding BEAST in The House!
No Rules. No cry babies or whiners. This is how I get Hybrid and BEAST at the same time. Check it kids.... I love training this way. Nobody ever said I should or could, I just followed my heart and gut instincts. Squats, Stones & Thick Bars
Last night's workout was a brutal one. By the title of this article, you can guess for yourself it was challenging to say the least. I LOVE training in a way that pushes me BEYOND the physical. Where I can literally FEEL my mindset changing, getting tougher and building that GRIT!
