I am returning home from a week long business and vacation. Aside from push ups, my body (and mind) are starving for a full body workout. I train because I love it. Period. It's in my DNA. I can lift barbells, kegs, do powerlifting, strongman training and kettlebell training. Hell, I can sprint in the sand, swim in the ocean and do push ups - I LOVE it all. It's my therapy. It's a place and time where I lose myself and find myself.
