Let’s finish off the Full Body FREAK Strength Workout with some bodyweight circuit training using chains, shall we?

Check it out below:

Three Rounds of chins, dips and squats.

I used 20 lb chains and increased by one chain each set, 20, 40 and 60 lbs total.

Finished the night off with ab work and glute ham raises….. lots of glute ham raises!

Drop a comment with your thoughts or questions BEASTS!

Peace!

I am speechless with how to even explain what has happened here….. So many e mails asking me to talk about my mindset to leave a BIG job behind, how I support my family through the gym and internet and who my biggest influences have been in learning business.

In the next few episodes you’ll get some insight into my business mind and Joe DeFranco’s business and training mind.

Most of all, these videos are NOT just about the Business Mind, they are about the WINNING MINDSET, I highly recommend you watch them as mindset applies to LIFTING and LIVING!

In the last Blog you saw your previews for our upcoming Lost Secrets of Strength” The Business Files, slated for release the first week of December.

This is long stuff, so definitely whip a protein shake for these 2 bad boys…. Take some notes!

Till the next time….

More MeatHead Cribs coming tomorrow…

Peace!

PS: Questions or comments, drop em’ below. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

PPS: If you want to learn the business and training systems that I use to grow my business and leave my job and do what I love with a family, then check out the up and coming Underground Strength Coach Mentorship in Florida, Dec. 5th.

arnold education of a bodybuilderMany, Many, MANY years ago, as a young teen, reading Arnold’s book, ‘Education of a Bodybuilder’ I remember Arnold speaking about being Fearless.

I would keep taking the book out from the school library, renewing it every 2 weeks so noone else could read about Arnie and learn his secrets. Just me, it was all mine!

I remember laughing to myself as my name was the only name to fill up both front and back of all the sign out cards for this awesome book.

Arnold was Fearless to go heavier and move HUGE & Massive poundages that others feared.

Arnold would perform calf raises with over 1,000 lbs, loading the calf machine to maximum arnold calf raisecapacity plus having his training partner stand on the machine!

Arnold went the extra mile and did NOT fear the heavy load sitting on his back because he was sooo freaking hungry to make his calves grow because he wanted to win so badly!

Arnold also understood that this going the extra mile, or sometimes only the extra few inches is what created the greatness that so many others feared doing.

Are you going the extra mile?

What about the extra inch?

On Sunday my athletes were invited to come in for a free workout with the Coaches going through the certification / mentorship. It was a 10 AM workout.

2 kids who said they would show, did not. That is missing out on inches and miles.

That is FEAR of waking up and doing something when perhaps your mind and body are not wanting it. Sometimes, ya just gotta say ‘F**k it!”, right?

Arnold was Fearless to travel to America to compete against the best bodybuilders in the world when he did not speak English.

Fearless to tell people of his lofty goals of becoming the best built man in the world, moving to America and becoming a Hollywood star known around the world.

Everyone else around Arnold focused on how crazy he was, and how he should not have such “dreams”.

His passioned toppled and trampled over all obstacles and road blocks.

Arnold’s most powerful weapon: His Mind.

Your most powerful weapon? Your Mind.

Only if you so choose.

Most people remain scared their entire life and fear the risk of doing what Arnold did; Achieving Greatness.

Greatness to you may not mean becoming a Hollywood action hero and Mr. Olympia.

It might mean benching 315 lbs, quitting your lame 9-5 suit & tie job and not waking up to an alarm clock.

YOU decide what Greatness means and only you can define it.

But, just like Arnie did, you gotta have that “F**K It!” attitude and go for it.

You gotta believe that you too, are Numero Uno!

arnold numero uno

Above, Arnold believed he was Numero Uno, even when he wasn’t smokin’ The Ganja Mon!

It’s OK to be scared, the trick is, not allowing your fear to control you!

Want to know more ways to achieve greatness and become fearless?

Listen to this Audio Interrogation that I did with Matt Furey, author of The Unbeatbale Man.

** Feel Free to download the Kick Ass, Guaranteed to “Pump You Up” audio with Matt Furey and I to your I Pod as well! **

Click HERE for the Greatness & Fearless Audio Interrogation with myself and Matt Furey…

Or….Click Play Below while you listen….

This was obviously just the scratching of the surface.

But, I definitely want to hear your thoughts on how you overcome fear and what you do to achieve greatness in your life.

What does greatness mean to you?

I am psyched to see what you write in the comments section!

Peace!

My friend and fellow Underground Strength Coach, Dominik Feischl, sent me this video after I sent him a rare video of training from Europe which was filmed in the early 70′s.

He was inspired to say the least, so he put his training on video to share with you below…

Dominik is on our Panel of Experts at http://UndergroundStrengthCoach.com

Feel free to ask him questions on the forum, this guy has some amazing knowledge that the world needs to learn about!

Kill it!

Maybe I’ve watched The Sopranos too many times, or maybe it’s just been 1 of those days.

I take it out on the weights.

WARNING: If you’re easily offended or under 18 years of age don’t watch this.

Just like everyone else I have “those days” sometimes, and the way to make it better is to attack the iron – No Rules, just killin’ it.

What do you do when you’re ‘Pissed the F**K Off”?

Kill it!

Just like anyone else, I get fired up sometimes.

My best therapy is to kill it with the weights, doesn’t matter what kind of weights, I’ll take anything I cna get my hands on and kill it.

This is me, it’s easy to not show this stuff, but that’s not real, and you need to see who I am, and like everyone, I have good days and bad days.

The Underground Strength Gym straightens my mind, clears things up and brings me back to a good place.

If you are at work or the kids are around, I highly reccomend muting the speakers.

If you’re easily offended, haaaaaaa, just wait till you see the next Underground Strength Show!

The infamous cheat curl – this has nothing to do with jacking up the guns kids, it’ all about upper body power.

Richard Sorin, The Grip King motivated me to do this.

In addition, when I was in high school, I remember seeing the Football team killing these, they were state champs 2 of the years I was in high school.

In the next vid, prepare yourself, the training gets uglier and the language gets worsed.

Kill it,

I wanted to send this as a newsletter but my words never come out right when I type so I figured a lil’ video will work better.

It’s day 1 of The Underground Strength Coach Cert and I am home now after dinner with the wrecking crew and I was just getting a little mushy starting to feel honored and blessed and lucky and grateful and everything wrapped into one.

Now, I would love to tell you to kill it, as always, but my homeboys from the UK have a different saying….

it’s quite bad ass I must admit: “SMASH IT UP!”

Your choice:

A) Kill it!

or…

B) Smash it Up!

Part II of my dinner with the homeboys.

Funny stuff happening that night and you can see how Steak and Chicken were very popular that night!

Gatherings such as this allow like minded people to get together, share ideas, motivate each other and very often new businesses are built because of these meetings.

For example, Scott Colby and I will be doing a teleseminar this month on http://REALManMuscle.com so stay tuned.

I’ll announce the date shortly and it will be FREE. Just gotta make sure you get on the phone on time because the lines will fill up fast!

It’s gonna be all about how I can continue to be very successful and still build muscle, gain strength with short workouts. If you’re a busy guy or girl, I encourage you to listen in!

Kill it!

–Coach Z–

PS: I’ll have a awesome vid coming soon with Elliot Hulse and a few other jacked up friends of mine. It is hilarious but it will also be pumped with a crap ton of muscle building info. Stay tuned!

PPS: Speaking of busy, the Underground Strength Coach Cert for November sold out, just like the others did. I received 5 e mails today asking to get in. Sold out means SOLD Out :) Procrastination gets you nowhere.

Check the Live Events page and you’ll see what’s coming next!

PPPS: What about the people you hang out with? Do they drag you down or help build you up? Post below!

I had a great time hanging out with these dudes at The Ryan Lee Boot Camp.

Great food and masterminding / exchanging of our best methods with training and marketing.

This is what YOU must do to take anything you do to a BIG, BIG level. Surround yourself with like minded, highly motivated people.

Stay away from those who drag you down, and that may very well mean your family members.

Most people don’t understand what I do, and the best way for me to keep kicking butt is to roll solo or to organize mastermind meetings.

Check out the good energy in this video:

I do the same thing at my gym, The Underground Strength Gym in Edison, NJ.

I bring together highly motivated athletes who want to kill it and create an environment that breeds greater success.

I’m stepping it up even more, every minute of every day.

What are you doing to step it up? Post your comments below, I wanna hear about em’!

Kill it!

–Coach Z–

PS: When it comes to success, people complicate things waaaaaaay too much. For training, I follow a simple system, yet insanely effective. I reccomend it to others who want to kill it and stop wasting their time on complicated, expensive BS programs.

Check out my home study course HERE.

PPS: I also teach the masterminding principle and methods to those who attend my Underground Strength Coach Certification. Every USC Certification has sold out for 2008, stay tuned for 2009 dates to be announced shortly!
