Last week was the beginning of a tough week of training for me as an injury and fatigue began creeping up on me. I learn a LOT when I have those BAD workouts. Sometimes I charge ahead and push through, other days I lay low and rest. I have a pretty busy schedule, so trust me, if I took a day off every day I felt tired, that would be a LOT of days off.
