STRONG Life Ep. 129 | AN IRON WILL & Why We Must Fight Comfort

by Zach Even - Esh 2 Comments

STRONG Life Podcast ep. 129 is a short and powerful episode. I dive into an excerpt from the book, An Iron Will and dissect how we can apply this excerpt to our day to day life. Do What You Can, Even When You Can’t

by Zach Even - Esh 3 Comments

Whether you're a sport athlete or a hard charging lifter, injuries and obstacles will always be popping up on your journey. I am still trying to figure out WHY they happen. Is it all about movement? Maybe it's a test to see where you fit in this … [Read more...]
