Strength is of critical importance for any athlete / adult, regardless of age. Speed is the next gear that takes strength to the next level. Blast from the Past: Where it ALL Began!
Back in the day, I was training wrestlers from my garage and local playgrounds. That soon evolved into Football players as well. Check out one of my earliest videos training wrestlers....I DO miss those days, I won't lie :) All of the wrestlers in that video started with me never making it to the state tournament. Dhani Jones used to train with my homeboy Joe DeFranco....in a storage closet and sometimes outdoors on a Football field, flipping 600 + lb tires and throwing around Kegs.
