Just like anyone else, I get fired up sometimes. My best therapy is to kill it with the weights, doesn't matter what kind of weights, I'll take anything I cna get my hands on and kill it. This is me, it's easy to not show this stuff, but that's not real, and you need to see who I am, and like everyone, I have good days and bad days.
